We focus enormous detail on the critical dining experience, from our remarkable theatrical and stunning architecture, to custom “made to order” plating and our extremely popular high-energy bar, to the patio and terrace which offers a unique guest experience, all of which is most memorable.

 

Our heralded restaurants present an upscale variety of handmade gourmet menu items carefully prepared from scratch for each and every dish from only the finest ingredients. We have a well-earned reputation for legendary Margarita’s; we even make our own Agaves Tequila!

 

Cyclone Anaya’s has served millions and millions over the years, with one-of-a-kind, proprietary recipes, created and prepared by the family with decades of fond memories.  The menu offerings showcase the finest in basic and Fine Mex, with widely popular items such as Lobster Enchiladas in a Chardonnay cream sauce and Lump Crab Nachos, to our delicious Carolina’s Mixed Grill. The weekend rolls out our delicious breakfast-through-brunch menu, which also includes “bottomless” mimosas.
